I noticed that the free Realtime Netflow Analyzer supports the other flow protocols such as jflow and sflow. Does the NetFlow Realtime tool included in the Engineers Toolset support those other flow protocols as well?

The functionality of the free version is identical to the one that comes in the Engineer's Toolset. So starting in Toolset 10.7 we support the other flow protocols that you mentioned.
