Where does Manage Subnets & IP Addresses descriptions for DHCP scopes live in the database?

Since the description field in the left navigation of IPAM's Manage Subnets & IP Addresses is blank for our DHCP scopes, I would like to create an SQL query to update it with the Network Address and CIDR of the scope. But, I can't find where the Description field lives in the database. Does anyone know where that data is kept in the database?

Here is the query I used to find the Scopes with a blank or NULL comments field as their DHCP scope Description. Note, The Comments like '' is two single quotes not a double quotes:

SELECT top 1000

[FriendlyName]

,[Address]

,[AddressMask]

,[CIDR]

,[Comments]

,CONCAT([Address],' /',[CIDR]) AS [Proposed Comments]

FROM [dbo].[IPAM_Group]

Where GroupType like '8' And (Comments is NULL Or Comments like '')
