Orion 9.1 SP4 install - Standalone Orion keeps trying to install IIS portion and failing

Hi there,

I get the question if I want to continue the configuration tool as no IIS is detected (Its on the IIS + SQL seperate server), and I say yes to continue.

I go through the database setup but I the IIS page with the port number, directory etc appears when it shouldn't. I cannot finish and now I am stuck. I will have to go back to 9.0.
