Email Notification Missing Details

Hi All

I configured SAM for my tomcat and started recieving email alerts for heap memory utilizations. However, I also see CPU and Memory components which are empty. Is there any way I can customize this email notification to include custom details ?

Alert Name: Applications Critical Alert

Compoent Percent Memory Used:

Component Percent CPU Used:

The last two metrics all always empty. Also, there is a spelling mistake as well.

How can I customize this ?

The alert is for a component type that is not a process or service monitor, so there is no CPU or Memory information to include within the email. That is why these values are blank.
