Hello everyone. I wish to receive alert when the temperature of a device goes beyond a set point. How may i set this up?
I assume you have hardware health reporting temperature or is it coming from an UnDP?
Yes Hardware health is reporting temperature.
This is off the top of my head but I've worked with it last week- You should be able to build an alert based on the Overall Health Status object where ?entity type? is temperature and status description is equal to critical (use the autocomplete to see what values you have in your environment)
See if that gets you closer and if not I'll look mine up.

Thanks for the support.
I basically had to select to create alert on object type hardware sensor and then just follow the alert building steps.
I was looking to set trigger based on value and was able to do the same.
