NTA n/w properly w/3com routers

Question

SNMP, ICMP working well.  I have config'd Netstream V5 port1099.  Sniffer local to server says the server is rx'g Netflow data on 1099.

Get error when restart NTA service:

NetFlow Receiver Service [VISUALWORX-NPM1] is receiving a NetFlow data stream from an unmanaged interface on 10.201.1.3. The NetFlow data stream will be discarded. Please use the Orion System Manager to add Interface #10 in order to process this NetFlow data stream.

Please assist...I have ticket#71755 opened as will.

Jay,

Are you receiving NetFlow data on your other interfaces ok or do you not receive any data at all?  I get the same message for all of our Cisco routers that are providing VoIP stating that Interface #3 is unmanaged.  On our routers, interface #3 is the Integrated-Sevice-Engine1/0 interface.  I don't monitor that "inteface" in Orion, but it also isn't an interface that I configured for NetFlow.  For whatever reason, enabling NetFlow on the router causes some flows to come from the Integrated Sevice Engine interface.  I receive flows correctly on my serial and gig interfaces just fine, so I just ignore the message.  I'm not sure how you figure out what interface #10 is on a 3Com router, but on a Cisco device the following command lists all of the interfaces with their interface index number:

show snmp mib ifmib ifindex

yes...snmp is wokring ok.  all Eth0/0, Loopback0, and serial interfaces are managed.
