Solarwinds server hangs

Our client reported earlier that they could not ping their solarwinds server, upon checking, the server already hung up. Upon checking the database, database is still okay. This has happened before and was only given a quick resolution by restarting the server. Hope you could help us on this.

Please open a support ticket as we need to look in the logs to investigate deeper.Would you post back the ticket# and the resolution.

We already opened a ticket before, and it was put to unknown status. I already emailed the support to re-open the case however I haven't received any reply since yesterday. Is there any other way to re open the ticket?

feel free to open new ticket and add old ticket number to description of new one explaining that problem re-occured.
