Database migration from Solar Winds to CA Performance application

Does anyone or has anyone experienced where they went from CA Performance application to Solar winds application and tried to migrate the database?

In my situation we would be going from the Solar Winds application to CA Performance Application and trying to find a way to migrate the DB without having to do 15,000 devices manually.
