ORION REPORT WRITER - V2010.2.0 is not showing what to do

hi, all. See that menu option Custom Poller (Current Status)? On my report writer, I don't see that option. I only see Network, Interfaces and Polling. Can anyone assist me in figuring out why thats not there?

I'm running 20.2.1 and Report Writer appears to have been partially disabled. Can not create a new report. Looks like you may need to use the web based reporting tool going forward.
