when i auto published the BW Gauges in another pc it's not refreshed after some times although i made the auto time to 3 second and the snmp time to 3 sec.
I'm not sure what you mean by auto time to 3 seconds and snmp time to 3 sec. Can you show a screen dump of what you're talking about?
If you go into Settings and then select Web Console Settings. There's an option in there for Page Refresh. It's configured in minutes.

Unfortunately I don't use that function so hopefully someone else may be able to offer some suggestions as to why it doesn't work.
