Monthly Interface usage during business hours

I need to create a monthly report showing Interface usage during office hours.

There should be a default interface usage report that you can pull up and just change the settings to what you need. Go to create new report and look for interface usage or something like that. I dont remember what it is off hand.

I need a monthly report showing only interface usage from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm. I don't think that is possible with the GUI but I think it is using SWQL.

Unfortunately I am very new to SQL so this is a big learning curve for me.

It is possible. You have to make a custom report. And there is a default interface usage report already you would just copy that report and adjust the time needed.

Just to clarify. I need a monthly interface report that shows the interface usage office hours between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Not including weekends.

And this can be completed using the web console?
