Is there any way to do Alert queueing possible

Hello,

Is there a way to have alerts queue to send during certain times?

Example, an alert for IOS change, would be really helpful for us if we could have it only send during business hours, and also at the start of the day alert on those that changed over night.

I would accomplish this by creating a report for those changes and placing the report on the NPM home page.
