device interface polling

Does anyone know if it is possible to have interface details polled between a certain time eg 8 am - 6pm, rather than at set intervals eg 120 secs.

You would need an external process to start Performance Monitor and then another external process to stop Performance Monitor between specific times. Performance monitor itself does not have time of day polling.
