root credentials for ESX is not getting authenticated

Hi All,

I am facing issues for 20 odd ESXi version 5 servers when trying to test the root credentials in the Solarwinds console. As per the admin team they are able to login successfully, but whenever I am testing its saying "cannot login with this ESX/Vcenter credentials" .

So need your help here please...

this got sorted out..it was a port issue...SSH port 22 was not open and it resolved our issue once network team did their part.
