Switch Port Mapper Scripts

I am wondering if it is possible to set up a script that would allow you to have switch port mapper run at a certain time everyday and produce your report for you so it would be ready when you come into work. I would guess this would have to be some sort of command line driven piece that you could use with scheduled tasks but there is no documentation for doing anything like this. I was just wondering if anyone had ever done this or wished it was possible.
