The Job Scheduler service requires the Solar Winds Job Engine service to run properly

Every time I use the Orion "Service Manager" utility to start everything up, it gets about halfway through and then the following message pops up:

"The Job Scheduler service requires the Solar Winds Job Engine service to run properly. Would you like to start this service as well?"

(see screenshot below)

My questions are:

1. If it's needed in order to "run properly", why is it even bothering to ask?

2. How do I make it stop asking and just do it?

I mean, isn't the whole point of having a "Start Everything" button to, you know, start everything ??? :-)

My system always does this as well. It's only a mild irritation but does seem to oppose the logic behind having a specific tool for managing and starting the services in the proper order.
