I'm having an issue with some alerts. We use Exchange 2010 and I have some alerts setup using a distribution list with our email accounts in it and it also contains a few contacts that are for our cell phones, so we get emails and texts when we are alerted. When I try to create a new distribution list, with the same contacts in it for a few specific, critical server notifications the notifications will not come through. If I remove the contacts, which contain our cell phone addresses, the alerts come through fine. Any ideas?
