How to measure throughput to the PC

Question

I've got most of the SolarWinds Orion suite, but do not see a specific way to measure throughput to/from a PC.  I'm not talking about response time, I'm talking about the true amount of data that can be transferred from the user endpoint.  Is there something in SW that will handle this?

I do not believe that Solarwinds has this. I personally use a tool called LAN Speed Test. It's worth buying the full version - it's like $12 for a full license.
