Getting a Memory Utilization alert email for Packet Loss.

Within NPM it shows the correct alert but emails an alert for memory utilization. Not sure where to look because all Packet Loss / Memory Alerts look like they are configured correctly.

would you paste screenshot for the Trigger tab from your rule for packet loss alert

And check if the Send E-mail option is configured.
