Will Orion 6.4 run on WIN 2003 Server?

Will Orion 6.4 run on WIN 2003 Server? Has anyone played with this yet?

Tried it today, and too many quirky problems to definitely rule it out, but anything's possible.

ONPM is not ready for prime time on 2003 Server. There's a problem with SNMP API and shows all interfaces as down.

Way too many anomalies on W2003! I'm backing down to W2000 - SNMP issues all over the place in W2003
