Transaction Logs Filling up Daily, CPU running High, DB Maintenance taking 48 hours

We are having an issue that just began a couple of weeks ago where log running queries and DB maintenance are filling up out Transactions logs to the tune of 100's of GB's per day.

We have been working with SW support for two days to no avail.

We are trying to get a SW Developer or SW DBA on the phone to trouble shoot withg our DB team.

In the meantime, has anyone experienced this or have troubleshooting suggestions?
