In the "Manage Applications and Service Ports Page", there is not an obvious visual indicator on the list of applications for the state.
The Enable/Disable button is very low contrast and makes it difficult to quickly scan down the page and easily see which apps are in what state. The very subtle gray-on-gray requires slow and careful reading of every line. A color contrast, border or checkbox, something visual should be used instead.
