Reinstalling Engineers Edition

Hi,

I've needed to move the product from one server to another.

I eventually had to use the evaluation version on the new server, and hope I could update it.

However, even after entering the key successfully into the pop-up box (and rebooting the server), the product still says "Evaluation Version" (even the licensing web page says that I have no more licenses left).

Please help ASAP.
