Creating a Report to Issue a Cisco "Show" Command

I need to develop a report based on a Cisco "Show" Command.

The command is: show port address for all my switches.

A list of information is displayed and need to display that information on a report. The information could also be redirected to a text file. Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to do this.

Now I have the following command I am using to redirect the information to a text file, but I have to touch every devices and ensure the filename is different. Unfortunately, I have not figured out how to make the file appendable.

show port address | redirect tftp://[MY_IP_ADDRESS]:[FILENAME]

Couldn't you just use NCM for this? Create a script to run the command and select the devices you wish to run it on.
