Showing the same columns for each user

Is it possible in IPAM to configure the view for each subnet to be the same for each user? Say I have the following columns in this order from left to right on my view for IPs:

Address, Status, DNS, Comments, Last Response

Is there any way I can force this view for all users? This would help a lot, as I am trying to write a procedure for adding static IP entries and if everyone had the same views as in the procedure it would leave little room for confusion.

We don't have a default user template for the column settings. But also, since users have the ability to personalize their columns, this is easily changed or undone.

Can you tell me a little more about your procedure? it sounds interesting and maybe there are ways we can help.

Well I have some not very technical people that have access to check IP address details on a read only basis. I have a few custom columns defined that don't show up unless you specify it. I guess I'll just put in the how-to doc some steps to show those custom columns. I just wanted to check to make sure there wasn't a way to lock down columns for all users.

How many subnets are you needing visibility into for these non-technical people?

I'm thinking this might be a job for our reporting system.
