Possible to install Orion SDK on server w/o Internet connection

I have been trying to install Orion SDK on a server w/o Internet connectivity.

Orion SDK installs ok but trying to get the swispowershell installed is thwarting me - wants to install nuget, which since the server is not connected to the Internet, is causing me GREAT problems.

I have Googled and Bing'd for a solution to how to get nuget installed but failing.

Can anyone provide guidance?
