Looking to add ROOT CAUSE/REASON CODE to Alert/events

Had high hopes with NOTES feature, but unfortunately, this feature can only be used if you don't have RESET actions configured for your alerts. Any alert which is reset, ie: node back up. You can't edit NOTES and insert the REASON CODE.

Has anyone developed/customized Orion to permit post-mortem, manual addition of REASON CODE or ROOT CAUSE for an event or alert ?
