How to Identify consistently dead ports

Hi,
I have Solar Winds full suite, and I would like to be able to use it to identify the consistently dead ports on my switches so that I can unpatch and clean up the cabinets. Does anyone know if there is a module in SolarWinds that does this, and if there is how do I use it? Thanks

Hey Markus--

I think the tool you are looking for is the Switch Port Mapper. It is part of the Engineer's Toolset. I moved your post to the ETS forum because of this.

I must be missing something here but couldn't you simply monitor all switch ports using NPM? Wouldn't any "dead" ports simply show as down?
