(30016) Invalid username or password reported by server, or bad private key.. Giving up after 3 connection attempts.

Can someone explain what the error means? I can log into my ASA 5545's using the new service level password but when i am trying to do backups I am getting the error listed above.

Are you using SolarWinds Backup and having this issue, or another backup product?
