Trying to install the WSUS Extension Pack and I get the following error:
"Error
The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2343."
It's a pretty vanilla (and definitely new) Server 2008 box. It already functions as a WSUS server with no problems. I'm letting the installer install SQL Express and create a service account itself. Well, I did the first time that I ran the installer before it crashed. On subsequent runs, I let it detect the (now) existing SQL Express instance and hook into it.
In an attempt to get some error logs, I tried launching the installer with /? but it seemed to ignore the switch and just launch the installer instead. Where can I find error logs for the installer?
UAC is disabled (and server was restarted).
