any body know, if I click on NTA setting, it takes so long time, just loading.

2 quick things come to mind,
When last was the Orion sever rebooted
When last did you run the config wizard from start to finish?
always config wizard.. and if still not clear then reboot.
I think, we should stop netflow service first, then click on NTA setting, it will make the page not loading anymore
NTA 4.X applicable:
The CW would be a great first step. However, if you still do not have adequate load times take a look at your NTA storage server and run the NTA Configurator APP on that server(may possibly be on the main Orion server). The most verbose information to pull on that page is the storage information. Likely you may be experiencing storage connection problems to the Orion SQL Database.

That's unusual behavior. I suggest you collect a set of Diagnostics and submit a new case to Solarwinds Support online. Once you have the ticket created, and the diagnostics uploaded, then call SW Support and reference the ticket number.
Include screen shots and descriptions of what's happening, along with changes to your environment.
