Activation Key - ipmonitor

I received an email from SolarWinds with the subject line: Your ipMonitor Free Edition Is Here

I downloaded and installed the application. Now its asking me for an activation key. What do I do here? In my customer portal, there isnt and activation key listed....

Anyone else experiencing this?

How do I get passed this point?

You should not require an activation key for either the free version, or a free trial (until the 14 days have completed). A pop up occurs and asks you if you would like to test the free trial, and perhaps you clicked this, rather than hitting continue with the free version. Also, have you tested ipMonitor on this system before? Can you share a screenshot of what your ipMonitor dashboard looks like?

I saw that pop up and specifically did not select the free trial option due to the fact that this email offered a free application in full.

Perfect - so are you able to pull up the dashboard? Does it look like this?

I can’t even get that far because of the pop up asking for the activation key.
