Advanced Alert Configuration for Redundant Links

I have tried to configure a advanced alert for my redundant WAN links. The configuration is that there are multiple sites with two WAN DS3 circuits. I want to know when both circuits are exceeding 80% utilization. With the current alert configuration shown in the attached jpeg file, I am getting triggered alert when only one of the DS3's Xmit utilization is greater than 80%. I would like to know when both circuits at a given location as shown in the jpeg is exceeding 80% utilization.

Do I have the alert setup correctly? Am I missing something? Should I setup a seperate alert for each site?

i'm in a same issue, i thinh that:

The alert supression walk trought the database and when he see a match case, supress the alert, even if the other condition is true or false, doesnt matter, is a lineal process, with this logic our issue was not be solve.

Im wrong or anyone know how work the Supression and the Trigger of the Adv. Alerts?

You will probably need to do something like this (allthough I can't test my logic as I am not near our Orion system)

      InterfaceAlias is equal to AT&M ATM CIRCUIT #DNEC 1
      Xmit Percent Utilization is greater than 80
    Trigger Alert When all of the following apply
      InterfaceAlias is equal to AT&M ATM CIRCUIT #DNEC 2
      Xmit Percent Utilization is greater than 80
