Help needed in reporting most expensive queries every hour for a specified SQL Server

Hi,

I need urgent help in creating a scheduled report which provides the most expensive queries ran on the specified SQL Server every hour.which provides user details, CPU , Memory, Disk Reads/Writes etc.

I see that appinsight for SQL provides a resource which displays the information about the most expensive queries.

if somebody could share how could we schedule that information, would be a big help.

I have figured it out myself and I am posting it so that if somebody else needs the information and I only wanted it for one database of the sql instance i did the following

Made the copy of the out of the box Most expensive queries report
did the following changes to poll the exact database of sql servers instance
