95th Precentile Report for WAN bandwidth Utilization

To whom it may concern:· I need to run a report that will give me the In/OUT 95th percentile utilization in Mbps. · This needs to be a report that is ran once a month and reflects data for the last 30 days. · Report for global sites in different time zones· Needs to reflect only the 95th percentile for the hours of 8-5 Monday-Friday.Anyone know how to make this happen.Another question is does anyone know where Orion polls the data from for the Total Bytes Transferred Chart? How frequent are the datapoints?
