Runtime Error 339 - Missing SNMPv50.ocx

Run-time Error '339':

Component 'SNMPv50.ocx' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: file missing or invalid.

This is the message I get when trying to open most of the tools on the toolset. I've reinstalled, but I'm still having trouble. A google for the filename turned up nothing.

Any ideas?
