This has happened 4 times in the course of the last year. We run the "snmp sweep" program 1-2 times per year on all our internal subnets. When the Management subnet hits the IP of the switch (or one of the routed interfaces on our HP 5300 switch), sometimes it works just fine, but other times, one of our 5 HP 5300 switches (only this model) will stop responding or passing traffic. We cannot telnet/ssh to the device, and need to pull the power to reset. Has anyone seen this issue before, and/or have a solution?
