TFTP Server Port 69 Error - Solved

I thought I'd post this as it has been causing me and others problems.
Whe I tried to start TFTP Server it would tell me that port 69 was in use. The culprit was a process called JavaW.exe.
I used the end process tree to kill it and the TFTP server started up.

I hope this helps someone.
