SCM 'Who made the change' not working

I am test driving SCM version 1.2.0 HF2 and noticed that the 'Who made the change' shows "The 'who' value is not avaialble because 'who made the change' detection was disabled".

It is enabled under the settings.

Any ideas before I open a ticket?

Make sure you have the Who made the change detection turned on for that agent.

"Who" detection only works for files and registry data.
