Can someone please tell me how you delete old, cleared, alerts from the 'Alerts' view? Currently when I look at alerts, I see all alerts up to 1000 and a majority of them I can't acknowledge simply because they are cleared out because the issue has been resolved. I just want this view to show all current, active or acknowledge/active alerts. How do I do that?
