Report writing/formating

Hi all, Some one please say on how to achieve the following reports:

# 1) Report bandwidth figures on monthly biases , while presenting availability of same in percentage.(Charts have been noted). These reports should be in an exportable format like Microsoft sheets, hence should be e-mailed to predefined email addresses at predefined time intervals ,say daily, weekly etc. A sample of the report is attached below:

Hi,

If you add the &Dataformat=xls string at the end of a report URL, it will prompt you to download a file in the excel format. you can as well use &Dataformat=csv .

I have only been able to use the csv format with Orion Report Scheduler, xls does not seem to work.
