I can't open Orion webconsole after of a clean installation

Hi Everybody,

I have a problem when I try open the webconsole, today I install APM and NPM full with your licenses and all finished succesfully(DataBase, Services and website components). The instalation is on a virtual server with Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit and the databse is on SQL 2005, but when I select open the Orion webconsole this is the message that appears:

Whith this information you help me, all services were up and the IIS service too but I know what is my problem, when I try open the orion webconsole appears the server name and not your IP, if I put the IP address then I have access. How can I do for that open with the IP and not with server name or Where can I change this?

Sounds like a binding issue or name resolution issue. Make sure you have the website bound to all adapters and not just the primary interface.

To see if it's a name resolution issue try and ping "apm-server" from the command line and see what interface if any that name resolves to.

On the Orion Server please go to Start> Programs> Solarwinds Orion> Orion Web Console

It will open up on the IP Address that you assigned in the Configuration Wizard.

A few things to try. Ensure all required services are started by opening the "Orion Service Manager" under <Start -> Programs -> SolarWinds Orion -> Advanced Features>

Secondly, ensure the SolarWinds IIS site is in the started state. Lastly double check the website port highlighted below and make sure it wasn't inadvertently changed during the upgrade process.

You give me the answer to my problem with this information. I had the IP address and not all unassigned in the site binding, I do the change and work perfectly.
