Is there a way to send alerts to a specific email destination if a node goes down.
Example. If one of our customers routers go down I want to send an alert to just that customer and also our company email.

Actually I moved the thread to our Alert Lab forum for you :-)
I was actually a fan of creating a custom property called "AlertTo" for nodes and filling in an email address. Then you can just send the email message to ${Node.AlertTo}.
