There is not a way to formally uninstall individual Tools from the Toolset.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? You could use Windows policies to prevent users from running specific programs.Also, you can simply delete the shortcut from the start menu. Lastly, I do not recommend this but you could delete the actual executable.
