IP tracker error and Program repair

After upgrading to ET 11 (both local and Web), when I try to run the IP Address Management tool I get an error

Run-time error '-2146234341 (8013101b)':

Automation error

I am trying to do a Repair under Programs and Features, but I'm finding that it's very hard (impossible) to tell which install is Web and which is Local... any ideas?

Hello,

Please use the second(the one with blue icon) for repairing installation of desktop(local). Let us know if you encounter further hassles.
