Syslog Server

Does anyone know if it is possible to set up the Syslog server as a Windows service? If you know how please provide info.

I tried this using 2000/2003 resource kit tools, but it isn't easy. The latest version of Orion (7.7) comes with an integrated Syslog server which is receiving fantastic reports so far...
