Alert for DHCP scope maxim usage

Hi all,

I just started digging into SolarWinds and a lot of things are fairly new for me.

I'm looking at creating an alert for maximum DHCP scope utilization and from what I googled and read here there is no way to do it through SAM.

IPAM seems to be the road to follow but, our Agency is in a very budget sensitive period, so I need to make this work with what I have = SAM 6.8.0 & NPM 12.4.

Is there a way to configure this alert with what I have?
