Alerting if an interface goes down (VoIP)

I'm trying to create an alert that's filtered down to specific devices (only the routers with voice gateways on them), and create an alert that does email/stuff if a D channel interface goes down.  I try to create an "interface alert but don't have that as a monitored property.  What am I missing?

Did you select "interface" from the drop down box while setting up the trigger condition?
