Does NTA 4.2.3 and above require Win 2012 and above for the Flow Repository as a requirement?

NTA 4.2.3, as well as the latest rev's of all SolarWinds products that started coming out today, requires 2012 or newer for the OS. This includes the FSDB server, per the NTA admin guide.
