Collector error

I configur NPM and NTA to work together. NPM is working perfectly but not NTA. I check NTA settings and I have this message : No netflow collector services were found

Somobody can i help me to resolve NTA configuration problem

This message means the NTA service is not running. Try restarting the service. If that doesn't work, you should probably run a repair and re-run configuration wziard on NetFlow.

Can you give me the procedure to restart or re-run configuration wziard on NetFlow.

I have another problem : i i try to install NTA without to desactive the NTA licence key. So after the NTA install, the system says that my licence is for another computer/software key. How can i reset license key.
